As part of a remote-first culture, you'll lead a team of junior entrepreneurs, develop data-driven initiatives, and explore creative growth channels. Candidates should have a proven track record in scaling influencer programs and a builder mindset, ideally within a startup environment.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of achieving 2X+ growth in influencer partnerships.
• Experience in consumer mobile apps or web products preferred.
• Strong organizational skills for managing projects.
