Fogo is seeking an Affiliate Growth Manager to source, onboard, and scale high-impact affiliates across crypto and fintech. This remote-first role partners with influencers, media, and communities to accelerate market presence across Asia and beyond.

You will manage onboarding journeys, negotiate contracts, build relationships, and run targeted growth campaigns to drive measurable ROI. English proficiency and a data-driven mindset are essential in our global team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or relationship management.
• Background in crypto, fintech, or banking sectors required.
• Proven track record in building, scaling, and managing successful affiliate networks.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and partnership development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, source, and onboard new affiliates including influencers, KOLs, media partners, schools, and personal networks.
• Lead the complete onboarding journey: outreach, negotiations, contracts, training, and successful go-live.
• Build and nurture strong affiliate relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for support and growth.
• Design and launch targeted growth campaigns - by product or affiliate - such as tiered CPA programs.
• Partner with affiliates to create and distribute compelling product content across their channels.
• Collect market and partner feedback to inform product improvements and campaign strategies.
• Track performance, monitor ROI, and refine commission structures and recruitment pipelines.
• Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Organize online and offline affiliate events to boost engagement and community building.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to align efforts with company objectives.
