Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon develops and offers Customer Experience, Mobility, and Monitoring solutions and leads engineering and software development services. Your role will be to develop and validate advanced assembly processes, support ramp-up, and coordinate DFMA reviews with global partners.

A university degree in mechanical/industrial engineering and 5+ years of experience are required, with strong CAD/GD&T skills and English fluency.

Qualificações

• University degree in Mechanical, Industrial/Manufacturing, Automation, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, process development, automation, or industrialization.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical assembly processes (injection molding, welding, gluing, tapping, automated assembly).
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling and GD&T; Creo is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and validate advanced assembly processes and innovative manufacturing technologies with internal and external partners.
• Support industrialization phase and mass production ramp-up by evaluating process requirements, line readiness, and process robustness on the shop floor.
• Analyze product requirements to ensure mechanical designs meet manufacturing and assembly constraints.
• Lead DFMA reviews to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
• Coordinate technical alignment between development departments and manufacturing partners worldwide.
