Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Industrial Automation & Digital Solutions in Portugal. You will deliver technical support, install and maintain OT systems, and work on projects from small modifications to large modernization initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in automation, hands-on OT experience (DCS/PLC/SCADA), and fluency in Portuguese and English. A driving licence and travel willingness are essential. On-site with global travel opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in industrial automation, engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on OT systems knowledge (DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA).
• Engineering or technical qualification required.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English; driving licence.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; on-call availability.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical support for Honeywell automation, safety, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
• Configure, install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade systems on-site or remotely.
• Support projects from small changes to large modernization efforts.
• Install servers, networks, virtual environments, hardware and software per GSM standards.
• Diagnose incidents using structured problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Manage incidents and requests with professional communication.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Adhere to health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
