We are looking for an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Lisbon As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings factories and warehouses You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Designing industrial buildings factories and warehouses using CAD software
• Developing detailed plans blueprints and specifications for construction projects
• Collaborating with engineers and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of designs
• Conducting site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
• Managing project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Presenting design proposals to clients for approval before construction begins

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
• Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of building codes materials and construction processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and proposals to clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience working on industrial projects in Portugal or Europe
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
