Jing Hau in Braga is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to design and oversee the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This full-time role requires advanced design skills, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through completion.

You will meet with clients to determine needs, create detailed plans and cost estimates, coordinate with engineers and contractors, ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards, and mentor

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting with clients to determine their needs and preferences for industrial buildings or facilities.
• Creating detailed design plans including blueprints, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Managing all aspects of the construction process from initial design to final inspection.
• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Ensuring compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Providing guidance and supervision to junior architects or interns on the team.

Requirements
