Job Title: Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Lisbon. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, requirements, and budget
• Create detailed designs for industrial structures using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
• Prepare construction documents including plans, elevations, and specifications
• Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
• Work with engineers and contractors to ensure structural integrity of designs
• Monitor construction progress and provide support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
