Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Braga. As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and goals for the project
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for the design process
• Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer‑aided design (CAD) software
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant standards
• Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients throughout the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
• Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and engineering principles
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

This is a contract job located in Braga. Accommodation will be provided.
