Zusammenfassung

HumanIT Digital Consulting in Portugal is seeking a Physical AI Field Delivery Engineer (Computer Vision/Edge AI/ROS2) for remote-first work in the EEA with about 50% travel to client sites across Europe. You will design and deploy Physical AI solutions in industrial environments, from discovery through to production, leading technical workshops and delivering production-grade AI applications.

Candidate will have hands-on CV/robotics experience, OpenCV, PyTorch or TensorFlow, ROS2, NVIDIA

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on engineering background in computer vision, robotics, edge AI, or industrial IoT with production deployments.
• Fluent English written and spoken at customer-facing and executive level.
• Willingness to travel across Europe approximately 50% of the time.
• Based within the European Economic Area (EEA).
• Experience with OpenCV, video analytics, and model development (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Deployment on NVIDIA Jetson and optimization with TensorRT/ONNX.
• ROS/ROS2 development for industrial applications; sensor fusion and edge-to-cloud pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer-facing workshops and own the technical delivery of production-grade AI applications.
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to deliver projects from requirements to production.
• Deploy and optimize AI workloads on edge devices (NVIDIA Jetson) and integrate sensors (cameras, LiDAR, PLCs).
• Manage deployments across industrial environments and provide ongoing optimisation.
