Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking an Implementation Engineer to guide enterprise customers through initial deployment and value realization of the ThousandEyes platform. You will deliver enablement, implementation, and optimization services and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout engagements.

The role requires deep knowledge of the ThousandEyes platform, experience with monitoring systems, and a strong foundation in core network architecture.

Qualificações

• Project management and consulting experience with the ability to prioritize tasks in tight timeframes.
• Strong knowledge of network and application protocols (Cisco/Juniper certification preferred).
• Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environments.
• Familiarity with web technologies and REST APIs.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver enablement, implementation, and optimization services for ThousandEyes deployments.
• Plan and execute deployments, configure monitoring, and document solutions.
• Provide customer training and best-practice recommendations tailored to each environment.
• Engage with customers during the initial journey to ensure adoption and value realization.
