Sofico in Porto is seeking an Implementation Consultant to design, configure, and assemble the Miles ERP solution for automotive finance and leasing. You will analyze requirements and map them to Miles capabilities, lead workshops, and ensure on-time delivery with strong data migration, testing and documentation.

You will mentor junior consultants and collaborate with product teams to drive client success in a dynamic, international environment.

It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry.

As a Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play a key role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Soficou2019s solution to support and enhance business processes. By collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and refine customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.
• Assess existing Miles functionality and propose effective solution directions.
• Develop, execute and document configuration solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of configured solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and successful handover of solutions to customers.
• Support data migration, document management, and reporting from an in-depth understanding of customer solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align project solutions with the productu2019s roadmap and future developments.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Lead workshops and customer engagements to drive solution adoption and success.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency insystem configuration, testing, and documentation.
