Sofico is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary unit. You will design, configure and assemble foundational components of the Miles ERP solution, collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver tailored configurations that support business processes in automotive finance and leasing.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, testing, data migration and stakeholder coaching, with opportunities to mentor junior consultants and lead

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a configuration or implementation consulting role.
• Business process understanding in automotive, leasing, or finance sectors.
• Familiar with software implementation lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in system configuration, testing and documentation.
• Experience in leading projects or mentoring team members is a plus.

Our software,Miles, is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry.

As a Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play a key role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes. By collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and refine customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.
• Assess existing Miles functionality and propose effective solution directions.
• Develop, execute and document configuration solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of configured solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and successful handover of solutions to customers.
• Support data migration, document management, and reporting from an in-depth understanding of customer solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align project solutions with the product’s roadmap and future developments.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Lead workshops and customer engagements to drive solution adoption and success.

Your skills and interests:

• Business fluent inEnglish.
• Proven experience in aconfiguration or implementation consulting role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
• You possess a deep understanding of business processes, ideally within the automotive, leasing, or finance sector.
• Familiar with software implementation lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency insystem configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Experience inleading projects or mentoring team membersis a strong advantage.
