Identity and Access Management - IAM (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

As part of our commitment to strengthening identity management, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team.

In this key role, you will design and implement secure identity and access solutions and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Identity & Access Management: Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles, manage privileged identity governance.
• Cloud Architecture & Integration: Design secure integrations between M365, Azure services, and third-party systems, support automation and scripting (PowerShell, Graph API) for identity-related tasks, cross-Functional Collaboration, work closely with IT Services, CMS, and global teams to align identity and compliance efforts

Your qualification:

• Educational Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud technologies with a focus on Identity & Access Management and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Technical Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity governance. Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Solid knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Personal Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, proactiveness, adaptability, and collaboration skills in an international environment.
