Job summary

Testo SE & Co. KGaA in Portugal seeks an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to design and implement secure identity and access solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will configure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), enforce Conditional Access, MFA and Zero Trust, and collaborate with IT services and global teams to align identity and compliance efforts. 3+ years in Microsoft cloud tech required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud technologies with a focus on Identity & Access Management and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Educational Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure identity and access solutions and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles, manage privileged identity governance.
• Design secure integrations between M365, Azure services, and third-party systems; support automation and scripting (PowerShell, Graph API).
