Unilabs Iberia is transforming its core infrastructure and applications to improve service delivery, resilience, and cost efficiency. The Infrastructure & Cloud Manager will steer strategy, governance and performance across Portugal and Spain, leading a lean team of engineers while collaborating with group tech, cybersecurity and business stakeholders.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong ownership, and the ability to drive complex transformation programs in a 24/7 clinical environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least seven years in enterprise infrastructure, cloud or tech services with leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise infrastructure, networks, Azure cloud, M365, virtualization, backup and operations.

Aufgaben

• Define Iberia infrastructure strategy, target state and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead modernization of Iberia infrastructure, cloud and platform services; reduce legacy tech debt.
• Own infrastructure security controls and governance; ensure compliance with NIS-2.
• Manage suppliers, budget planning, forecasting and cost optimisation.
• Lead and develop the Infrastructure team with clear objectives and succession.
