Job summary

Unilabs Group is seeking an Iberia Infrastructure & Cloud Manager to lead the strategy and transformation of infrastructure across Portugal and Spain. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic governance to support 24/7 clinical and diagnostic operations.

You will drive the modernisation of cloud and on‑prem services, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure security, resilience and regulatory alignment across Iberia.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise infrastructure, cloud or technology services with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise infrastructure, networks, Azure cloud and M365.
• Experience in 24/7 critical operations and regulatory environments (NIS-2 preferred).
• Strong ITIL knowledge and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Define Iberia infrastructure strategy, target state and multiyear roadmap aligned with group strategy.
• Modernise Iberia infrastructure, cloud and platform services; reduce legacy tech and debt.
• Act as Iberia service owner for infra and cloud; ensure reliability and lifecycle management.
• Lead security controls, vulnerability remediation and governance aligned with CISO.
• Manage suppliers, budget, costs and contracts; align with stakeholders.
• Lead the Infrastructure team with clear objectives and development plans.
