Sysmatch is hiring an IAM Team Leader for a hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will design and govern the IAM architecture, overseeing AD DS, AD FS, PKI, and Entra ID configurations while coordinating ServiceNow workflows and governance reporting.

Bring 7+ years in IAM, leadership experience, and strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python). Excellent English communication is required for cross‑border collaboration with clients and teams.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management with at least 2 years in leadership or architecture.
• Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of AD DS/AD FS/AD CS, Kerberos, LDAP, and Group Policy.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CA, MFA, SSO, B2B/B2C, and SCIM.
• Strong scripting/automation with PowerShell and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Design and govern end-to-end IAM architecture including AD DS, ADFS, and PKI.
• Oversee Entra ID, MFA, SSO configurations, and external identities.
• Lead PAM integration with CyberArk and governance with SailPoint.
• Coordinate IAM workflows via ServiceNow across Change, Incident, and Request processes.
• Produce governance reports and architecture documentation; support recruitment and onboarding.
