Siemens Energy is seeking an IAM specialist to strengthen our Identity Services and AI Governance capabilities. You will maintain and support Identity technologies, participate in global IAM projects, and provide technical input to tooling and processes across on-premise and cloud AD environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, incident support, testing, and coordination of complex IAM issues as IAM Services evolve to support decarbonization and secure energy systems.

Qualificações

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Admin related field.
• Experience with AI Governance and AI Identity Lifecycle.
• Experience with Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
• Experience with Global IT Identity Projects.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain & Support key Identity services (including vendor and KPIs).
• Maintain & Support key Identity technologies including AI Governance (i.e. Agent365).
• Contribute to key IAM projects and global services.
• Provide technical input to Identity Services, Tooling, and Processes.
• Respond to approved change and demand requests for IAM.
• Execute and/or organize relevant testing.
• Provide 2nd-level advice & support for IAM incidents.
• Coordinate the management of complex issues that may arise as the IAM Services adjust.
