PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking an experienced IAM Security Analyst to strengthen identity and access governance. The role focuses on designing RBAC, validating access requests, and maintaining security controls in regulated environments.

Senior level with 6+ years of experience, you will collaborate with global teams, improve IAM maturity, and contribute to a robust security posture while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering IAM governance and RBAC programs.
• Proven ability to design and review access controls and lifecycle processes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000 family and security controls.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and improvement of IAM security policies and standards.
• Assess IT systems' compliance with identity and access security requirements.
• Design, review, and optimize RBAC and access profiles.
• Perform access reviews, entitlement reviews, and access certification activities.
• Support identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Validate access requests against security policies and business requirements.
• Identify SoD conflicts and propose remediation actions.
• Provide IAM guidance to IT and business stakeholders.
• Support IAM processes, tool integrations, and operational improvements.
• Maintain IAM documentation, controls, reports, and security metrics.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve IAM maturity and security posture.

We are looking for a IAM Security Analyst!

Location: Lisbon

Level of Experience: Senior (6+ years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Support the implementation and improvement of IAM security policies and standards.
• Assess IT systems' compliance with identity and access security requirements.
• Design, review, and optimize access profiles and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
• Perform access reviews, entitlement reviews, and access certification activities.
• Support Identity Lifecycle Management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Validate access requests against security policies and business requirements.
• Identify access risks and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and recommend remediation actions.
• Provide IAM guidance to IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Support IAM processes, tool integrations, and operational improvements.
• Maintain IAM documentation, controls, reports, and security metrics.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve IAM maturity and security posture.
