Shore is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist in Lisbon to support secure access management across the Information System. The role combines daily IAM operations, reviews, and improvement initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

You will work with business stakeholders, TRM, IT teams, and offshore operations in an international financial services environment, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of IAM processes.

Qualificações

• Proven professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a solid understanding of access management concepts and processes.
• Knowledge of IT security principles, access controls, risk management and compliance requirements.
• Experience with IAM tools and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business, IT and security teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and international environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of ITIL best practices are considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Record and manage external collaborator access within the relevant access management systems.
• Execute daily activities related to access rights for folders, distribution lists, mailboxes, applications, and other IT resources.
• Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and controls to ensure compliance with security policies and identify potential risks.
• Collaborate closely with TRM teams and other stakeholders to address identity and access management requirements and security controls.
• Support the integration of new tools and applications into the Information System, ensuring that access management requirements are properly addressed.
• Track and manage change requests related to business tools and applications, implementing new requirements concerning access and security.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of IAM processes and KPIs, while improving operational visibility.
• Promote knowledge sharing, proactive communication, and operational resilience within the IAM team, including effective collaboration with offshore operations and the expansion of Level 1 activities.

Requisitos mínimos

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and international environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
