Decskill seeks an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects, focusing on onboarding applications to IAM tooling and reconciliation processes. You will collaborate with CTO stakeholders and regional IAM teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery and robust governance.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale projects and 5+ years in IAM/IGA. Strong BI skills with PowerBI/Tableau are essential, with PMP/PRINCE2 certifications preferred.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred).
• 5+ years hands-on IAM/IGA experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance.
• Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties.
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Define, monitor and escalate/report on progress & status of the overall reconciliation compliance for group.
• Ensure all deliverables (scope, schedule, quality, budget) are met on time and within constraints.
• Coordinate governance between global and regional IAM teams to ensure alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, application teams, security/compliance groups, etc.
• Conduct regular steering committee meetings, status updates, and risk/issue reviews.
• Identify, log, and triage issues; lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Escalate critical blockers to senior leadership with mitigation actions.
• Produce periodic dashboards, risk registers, and KPI reports.

We are looking for an IAM Project Manager!

Responsabilities:

• Define and execute the end to end project plan for onboarding new applications to the IGA tool.
• Define, monitor and escalation/report on progress & status of the overall reconciliation compliance for group.
• Ensure all deliverables (scope, schedule, quality, budget) are met on time and within agreed constraints.
• Follow up with stakeholders from CTO organization to ensure automation of reconciliation as per defined schedul.e
• Provide technical guidance on IAM concepts (application onboarding, entitlement models (eg: RBAC), provisioning, reconciliation, recertification, segregation of duties).
• Ensure project scope implementation is in line with the Group and group baselines.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, application teams, security/compliance groups, etc.
• Conduct regular steering committee meetings, status updates, and risk/issue reviews
• Identify, log, and triage issues; lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across functional teams
• Escalate critical blockers to senior leadership with recommended mitigation actions.
• Define, maintain, and produce periodic progress dashboards, risk registers, and KPI reports (e.g., % of applications onboarded, reconciliation coverage, exception rates).
• Act as a liaison between the Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams to ensure alignment throughout the duration of the project – conduct periodic governance follow ups with onshore and offshore teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred).
• Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget.
• 5+ years of hands on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance)
• Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards
• PowerBI experience.
