Job summary

We are currently looking for an IAM Consultant (Mid/Senior) to join our teams in Portugal.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, or related areas;
• Solid experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, including Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes;
• Hands-on experience with user provisioning and deprovisioning processes;
• Experience managing and troubleshooting identity and access-related incidents;
• Knowledge of Okta and/or Okta Identity Governance (OIG);
• Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID;
• Experience managing access requests, access certifications, and user entitlements;
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and privileged accounts;
• Experience analysing and resolving identity synchronisation issues across multiple platforms;
• Understanding of Identity Data Quality, reconciliation processes, and identity repositories;
• Experience with ServiceNow for request, incident, and workflow management;
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Infrastructure, IAM Operations, Local IT teams, and Application Owners;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex IAM scenarios;
• Experience identifying and driving process improvements, standardisation, and automation initiatives;
• Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, CyberArk, or Ping Identity is considered a plus;
• Experience in international and enterprise environments is highly valued;
• Professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
