Unit4 in Portugal is seeking a Cloud Access Administrator to manage the identity lifecycle, access governance, and security operations. You will work across Security, Cloud Operations, Engineering, and Sales to ensure compliant IAM delivery.

You will implement RBAC, PAM, JIT access, and PoLP, maintain logs and reports, and automate provisioning using PowerShell or Python while following documented runbooks and audit requirements.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience supporting core IAM technologies and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID and cloud IAM.
• Familiarity with RBAC, PAM, JIT, and PoLP concepts.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.
• Ability to create clear IAM governance documentation and reports.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle: joiners, movers, leavers.
• Provision and maintain user access via ITSM tools and runbooks.
• Implement and manage RBAC, PAM, Identity Governance, and access reviews.
• Monitor IAM solutions, investigate security events, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare provisioning reports and audit-ready logs for risk controls.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud Operations, Engineering, and Support.
