Dauch Corporation in Porto, Portugal is seeking an IAM Analyst to support and maintain identity and access management services, ensuring appropriate access to systems, applications, and data in line with security policies and business needs.

You will manage user access requests, perform lifecycle management for joins/movers/leavers, support access certifications and SoD reviews, and work on incident resolution within SLAs while seeking automation and process improvements.

Job Description Summary

The IAM Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) services to ensure users receive appropriate access to systems, applications, and data in accordance with security policies and business requirements. The role focuses on user lifecycle management, access provisioning and deprovisioning, access reviews, compliance controls, and incident resolution, while contributing to the overall security and operational effectiveness of the organization.

Job Description:

• Manage user access requests, modifications, and account deprovisioning.
• Perform identity lifecycle management activities for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Support access certification and segregation of duties (SoD) reviews.
• Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests within SLA targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Education
