The role focuses on user lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, certifications, and incident resolution, with opportunities to improve automation and documentation. Hybrid role in Porto, Portugal, full-time, collaborating with security and IT teams to strengthen governance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage user access requests, modifications, and deprovisioning.
• Perform identity lifecycle activities for joiners, movers, and leavers.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on user lifecycle management, access provisioning and deprovisioning, access reviews, compliance controls, and incident resolution, while contributing to the overall security and operational effectiveness of the organization.**Job Description:*** Manage user access requests, modifications, and account deprovisioning.* Perform identity lifecycle management activities for joiners, movers, and leavers.* Support access certification and segregation of duties (SoD) reviews.* Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests within SLA targets.* Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.* Monitor IAM processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.* Maintain accurate documentation of IAM procedures and controls.**Required Skills and Education*** Effective communication skills and intermediate English proficiency.* High attention to detail and accuracy.* Teamwork-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.* Strong organizational and time-management skills.* Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt, or similar solutions is preferred.* Educational background in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not essential
