Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking a telecom integration specialist to lead end-to-end deployment and interconnect project activities across multi-operator environments, with a focus on ISBC/SBC solutions and IMS/VoLTE architectures.

You will coordinate with design, operations, and delivery teams, review LLDs and MOPs, and ensure rigorous testing in LAB and production. The role requires strong stakeholder management and experience in international deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of ISBC across multi-operator environments
• Manage IMS, VoLTE Core, Diameter/RADIUS platforms and interconnect gateways
• Create migration and implementation plans aligned with customer requirements
• Coordinate technical discussions with engineering teams, vendors, operations, and customer stakeholders
• Review Low-Level Designs (LLD), Method of Procedures (MOPs), rollback plans, test cases, and operational documentation
• Ensure all deployment and migration scenarios are fully tested in LAB and Production environments
• Execute migration activities with structured reporting to stakeholders and senior management, including daily and hourly updates when required
• Drive project planning activities, milestone tracking, risk management, and deployment governance
• Coordinate with Design, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth rollout and operational readiness
• Support compliance, audit, and quality assurance processes for telecom deployments and operational activities
