AUTODOC, Europe’s leading auto parts ecommerce, is expanding its organic search footprint across 27 markets. We are hiring a Middle SEO Specialist to own site performance, keyword rankings, and organic growth initiatives.

This hands-on role analyzes search results, conducts audits, and implements metadata optimization, indexing and internal architecture improvements. You will collaborate with development, content, and translation teams to execute technical requirements.

Qualificações

• Mid-level professional experience in search engine optimization with a strong track record of driving organic traffic growth in ecommerce or digital environments.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture optimization, indexing management, on-page structuring, and LSO semantic analysis.
• Proficiency in creating clear technical tasks for software engineers and UI/UX designers, with strong task decomposition and testing abilities.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Sheets formulas.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with content and localization teams.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English language skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with SEO documentation, catalog data, and knowledge-sharing platforms like Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to increase organic site traffic, search engine rankings, and quality conversion rates.
• Conduct detailed SEO audits and competitor analyses to identify growth patterns and prepare site structures for algorithm updates.
• Perform keyword research, LSO, and search intent analysis to create briefs for copywriting teams.
• Write, review, and test technical requirement tasks for developers and designers to improve site architecture and indexing.
• Build, monitor, and maintain custom SEO performance reports in Power BI to track traffic, positions, and ROI.
• Automate recurring research and reporting tasks using Regular Expressions and Google Sheets formulas.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with development, translation, and content departments.
