Kenvue is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Intern in Lisbon on a hybrid basis. You will support the Development and Collaboration team in daily tasks, assist with data analysis, and help coordinate customer service activities and projects.

The ideal candidate has a completed Bachelor's degree (preferably in Industrial Management), fluent in Portuguese and English, strong MS Office skills (Excel), and is proactive and customer-oriented.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Industrial Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactive and customer oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; ability to learn new technologies.
• Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Support Development and Collaboration team in daily tasks.
• Weekly Data Analysis, key metrics, and Action Plans.
• Support Customer Collaboration activities – Service Levels, Projects etc.
• Also support Customer Service and Local Business, being the main contact in between.
