Vanderlande Logistics in Lisbon, Portugal, offers an internship for an IT Engineer trainee to contribute to the performance, stability and reliability of critical IT systems while developing technical skills.

You will work with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience in hardware and software management, and have the possibility to join the team under an employment contract after the internship.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Interest to learn IT support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• IT certifications are a plus (networking, virtualization or security).
• Fundamental knowledge of hardware, software, networking and security.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Linux administration, virtualization and security.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely technical support and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Support installation, configuration and maintenance of IT components.
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure service continuity.
