Inetum is seeking an experienced Splunk Monitoring Specialist to strengthen a global monitoring and observability team within a highly regulated banking environment. You will design and enhance monitoring solutions, build dashboards and KPIs, and support cross-border engineering teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven performance analysis and automation, with English proficiency and a willingness to collaborate across international teams.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk (Enterprise).
• Exposure to Splunk ITSI.
• Solid background in monitoring/observability/system analytics.
• Experience building dashboards and metrics.
• Ability to work in an international, technical environment with English required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and enhance monitoring solutions using Splunk.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and KPIs to improve system visibility.
• Support teams in integrating and using monitoring tools effectively.
• Investigate incidents and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new monitoring platform.
• Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams worldwide.
