Job summary

Anónima in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Development Project Coordinator to support and coordinate all development projects—from due diligence to handover—with a focus on quality and cost control.

You will act as the link between ownership and architects, engineers, contractors and brokers, ensuring licensing, feasibility, and on-site supervision while maintaining clear communication and reporting to the Principal.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture; registration with the Ordem dos Arquitectos is valued.
• 7+ years' experience combining architecture and project management.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial real estate, in both new build and renovation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development projects end to end, owning scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Support acquisitions with property and site due diligence, licensing review, feasibility and cost analysis.
• Manage licensing with municipal authorities, from submissions and amendments to approvals.
• Support design teams, review drawings and specifications, and protect design intent within budget.
• Run tenders and contractor selection; monitor cost, progress and quality on site.
• Run project meetings, keep clear minutes and action lists, and report regularly to the Principal.
• Spot risks early and come forward with options, not just problems.
