Decskill, part of the Astek Group, seeks a Cyber Security Senior Officer to lead security strategy across multiple IT initiatives in an international context. You will identify risks, define secure architectures, and guide stakeholders to compliant solutions.

You will review deliverables, support cloud security, develop guidelines, and foster security throughout the software development lifecycle. A strong background in ISO standards and excellent communication is essential.

Qualificações

• Professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT security architecture.
• Experience performing security risk assessments and defining mitigation strategies.
• Experience providing security advisory within enterprise IT environments.
• Experience reviewing technical solutions for security standards and governance.
• Experience working on cloud security initiatives and modern IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000 series, ISO 27005, and ISO 31000.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• English working proficiency; French is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks across IT initiatives and environments.
• Define and implement security architectures aligned with corporate security policies and standards.
• Provide security guidance and advisory services to technical and business stakeholders.
• Review security deliverables for compliance with governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in security projects by assessing risks and defining solutions.
• Perform in-depth security assessments focusing on cloud-based solutions.
• Develop security guidelines and ensure consistent application across IT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes and governance.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve security processes.
