Keenfinity Group is seeking a senior IT security leader to own the security program during a critical divestiture window across multiple BU exits. Reporting to the Director IT STG, you will set security strategy, oversee the SIEM/SOC, IAM and ISMS, and defend the security program in buyer due diligence conversations.

This high-visibility role requires deep expertise in ISO 27001, cloud security, AD/Entra ID, and privacy regulations, with strong executive communication and PE-backed company

Qualificações

• 8+ years in IT security leadership roles.
• 3+ years at CISO or Head of Security level.
• Deep expertise in ISO 27001 / ISMS, IAM, SOC / SIEM or cloud security.
• Executive-level communication; able to engage CFOs and PE investors in technical conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own Keenfinity's IT security strategy for divestitures and exits.
• Oversee SIEM/SOC, IAM and ISMS functions and maintain governance across BU separations.
• Lead security due diligence preparation and provide documentation (posture, tests, certifications).
• Represent Keenfinity's security programme credibly in buyer due diligence and executive discussions.
