Myticas Consulting is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer to support reliability, security, and evolution of a large-scale documentation ecosystem. You will work with Linux servers across cloud and on‑prem environments, manage identities, and maintain PostgreSQL databases and Apache servers.

You will coordinate cross‑functional projects, develop automation with Perl, Python, and shell, and ensure secure integrations and scalable infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Strong experience operating Linux servers in cloud and virtualized environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Scripting skills in Perl, Python, and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain Linux servers across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security compliance.
• Install, patch, and maintain base software across servers.
• ,
• Diagnose and resolve issues across servers, apps, databases, and integrations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Administer PostgreSQL databases including backups and recovery.
• Configure and support Apache HTTP Server environments.
• Support identity integrations including Azure AD, SAML, and OIDC.
• Maintain Git-based workflows and automation tooling.
• Develop automation, monitoring, and tooling with Perl, Python, and shell.
• Lead new tooling/platform initiatives with planning and stakeholders.
• Document architectures, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with product, IT, security, engineering, and docs teams.
• Improve reliability, security, scalability, and efficiency.
