Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, incl. 2+ years with React.
• Experience leading or mentoring an engineering team.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, Redux or React Query.
• Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Track record delivering production-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of frontend engineers.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, high-performance frontend apps.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical decisions and production delivery.
• Establish frontend engineering best practices for architecture, testing and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements.
• Improve development workflows, tools and processes.
