Decskill is growing and seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer for a hybrid project based in Coimbra, Viseu, Lisboa or Porto. You will lead frontend development, with strong experience in React and AI feature integration, while mentoring engineers in a cross-functional team.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 2 years working extensively in React.
• Practical experience integrating AI features into front-end applications.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of engineers (formally or as a tech lead).
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture: state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query), routing, performance optimization, and testing.

• Collaborate with backend teams to deliver robust user interfaces.
