Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Information Systems to bridge business and technical teams and deliver complex technology projects.

You will lead scope, timing, and budget, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee end-to-end SDLC, and ensure risk mitigation while maintaining strong supplier relationships in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Systems project management across full software development lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases and cloud environments.
• Proven experience in system integration projects, SAP ERP integration is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello) and Azure DevOps knowledge.
• Experience with both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, managing scope, planning, quality, and deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, technical and functional, managing dependencies and resource constraints.
• Identify and mitigate technical, functional, and organizational risks to deliver on time and within budget.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and key users as the central communication point.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle activities from requirements to go-live and post-production support.
