Nestlé Business Services in Lisbon/Braga is seeking a Documentation Specialist (Freight). You will coordinate transportations for Nestlé Professional projects, define schedules and delivery modes while ensuring compliance with policies and shipping laws.

The role requires a degree in business administration, logistics or related field, solid knowledge of international shipping, and proficiency with SAP, Excel and Power BI.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of logistics and international transportation.
• Proficiency in SAP navigation and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define schedules and delivery modes to be compliant and cost-effective.
• Guarantee documents clearance and ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.
• Supervise the movement of goods and research ideal shipping routes and carriers.
• Ensure all needed documentation is prepared and accurate.
