PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Securities Issuance Officer to support documentation and pre-trade activities in a hybrid Lisbon role.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, Legal, IT and other stakeholders, handling issuance related tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; salary range is €920–€1,500 base plus benefits, with up to 2 years experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Understanding of Financial Markets, stock market products and structured securities.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work with deadlines and cut-off times.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and validate documentation for certificates and warrants linked to equities, indices, commodities, currencies and ETFs.
• Review and ensure the consistency and accuracy of issuance documentation and Final Terms.
• Manage pre-trade activities, including data reconciliation, ISIN activation and agent information.
• Handle administrative formalities related to securities issuance, corporate actions and other events.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Back Office, Legal, IT and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation and operational efficiency.
