Kenvue Inc. is seeking a Field and Customer Activation specialist in Lisbon, Portugal, hybrid work arrangement.

You will contribute to channel and field activation strategies across Mass Market and Pharmacy channels, ensuring flawless execution and best-in-class shopper experience at the point of sale. You will support annual activation planning, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across Brand Activation, Sales, and Field Teams to optimize activation effectiveness while fostering a high-performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s qualification in Management, Economics or Marketing.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in FMCG, or Farmacy business.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business data
• Proficiency in MS OFFICE and digital communication platforms

Responsibilities

• Contribute to channel and field activation objectives, Perfect Store KPIs, and execution excellence targets.
• Drive brand activation initiatives that increase visibility, availability, compliance, and shopper conversion.
• Ensure consistent execution of commercial and marketing priorities across all channels and customers.
• Collaborate with Field Teams, Sales Teams, Customer Development Managers, Brand Activation Teams and external agencies.
• Prepare content and analyses for activation plans and field meetings.
