Match Profiler is seeking a Dynamics 365 – Contact Center specialist to implement enterprise-grade solutions in a flexible hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will design, configure, and optimize contact center workflows across voice and digital channels, ensuring seamless integration with Azure services and Power Platform.

Ideally you bring 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Contact Center experience, strong knowledge of ACS, Direct Routing, and Teams Phone.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Contact Center including voice, digital channels, queue management, routing, agent experiences.
• Proven experience with ACS, voice calling, telephony integration, and workflows.
• Experience with Teams Phone integration and enterprise communication platforms.
