Natixis in Portugal is seeking a DevSecOps engineer with a strong development and automation mindset to strengthen collaboration between Paris-based developers and Porto-based operations. You will coach and upskill the local Ops team in infrastructure as code and automation practices.

Responsibilities include release management, pipeline automation, and guiding containerization efforts from IIS on Windows VMs to OpenShift, while bridging teams across geographies and maintaining clear

Qualificações

• Strong development and automation experience with infrastructure as code.
• Ability to coach Ops teams and bridge Paris and Porto.
• Proficient in Windows IIS administration and OpenShift containerization.
• Experience with Python and PowerShell scripting.
• Fluent English (B2) and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches Ops teams in development best practices and automation.
• Audits and optimizes deployment pipelines using XL Deploy/XL Release.
• Supports migration of applications to OpenShift and manages container lifecycles.
