Natixis in Portugal is seeking an Automation & Innovation Engineer to join the IT Transversal (IT TRV) Innovation & Development team – a forward‑looking role driving automation transformation and continuous innovation of CIB's development and deployment ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include CI/CD automation, IaC, GitOps, security gates, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift, self‑service platform engineering, and AI4DevOps initiatives to boost developer experience and delivery
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in DevOps, Infra Engineering, SRE, or related roles.
- Proven ability to drive automation and improve deployment velocity.
Responsabilidades
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines across CIB.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools.
- Establish GitOps for configuration management and deployments.
- Automate security validation and dependency scanning.
- Drive containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Create self‑healing infrastructure and reduce manual reviews.
- Lead automation and innovation initiatives within IT TRV and related teams.
