act digital in Porto, Portugal is seeking an experienced DevOps/Operations Engineer to coach the team on IaC, scripting, and modern DevOps practices. You will support automation adoption and own release pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release.

You'll maintain Windows/IIS infrastructure while driving migration to OpenShift and containerized environments, and collaborate with Development teams in Paris and Operations teams in Porto to streamline deployments and delivery processes.

Qualificações

• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Solid experience administering Windows Server and IIS.
• Practical experience with OpenShift, including containers, images, and pods.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Experience with C# is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor the Operations team on IaC, scripting, and modern DevOps practices.
• Support the adoption of automation and development practices within the Operations team.
• Own, maintain, and improve release management and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Maintain the existing Windows/IIS infrastructure while driving the migration to OpenShift and containerized environments.
• Collaborate closely with Development teams in Paris and Operations teams in Porto to streamline deployments and improve delivery processes.
