Claranet Limited in Cascais, Portugal, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a public sector client. You will design, implement and maintain automation, develop CI/CD pipelines, and manage Linux and Windows environments for stability and security.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure and support teams to ensure reliability, support deployments and upgrades, and document technical solutions. This Hybrid role offers Cascais office days and opportunities to contribute to impactful

Formación

• Degree in IT or related field.
• Proven experience as DevOps, SysAdmin or Infra Engineer.
• Strong Linux and Windows Server skills.
• Automation with Ansible and scripting (Shell/PowerShell/Python).
• CI/CD tooling and deployment experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Database experience (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Monitoring/observability knowledge.
• IaC and configuration management understanding.
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain automation processes for infra and apps.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software delivery.
• Manage Linux and Windows environments for stability and security.
• Automate tasks using Ansible and scripting languages.
• Monitor apps and infra; identify and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with dev, infra and support teams for reliability.
• Support deployments, patching and upgrades.
• Manage and troubleshoot databases and app environments.
• Contribute to DevOps best practices.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
