iTRTech Group in Lisbon is seeking a mid-level Data Engineer with strong SAP BusinessObjects skills to strengthen the BI team. You will design and evolve SAP BO Universes, manage access controls and support upgrades, while designing data schemas and fast pipelines.

You also work with SQL databases, automate releases with Python, and collaborate with business and IT to ensure reliable data and analytics. Lisbon-based hybrid work option offered.

Qualificações

• Strong practical knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining SAP BO Universes.
• Experience evolving existing Universes according to business requirements.
• Experience implementing SAP BO user groups and access restrictions.
• Experience with SAP BO version upgrades.
• Experience migrating SAP BO Universes between versions or environments.
• Knowledge of data-schema design and data modelling.
• Experience designing or supporting data pipelines.
• Experience with database management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata or similar relational databases.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience managing data or BI releases across multiple environments.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database and data-infrastructure issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• English proficiency at C1/Expert level.
• Working proficiency in French.
• Availability to work in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain and evolve SAP BusinessObjects Universes.
• Translate requirements into Universe designs and define objects, measures and joins.
• Optimize Universes for performance and usability.
• Manage user groups, roles and access restrictions in SAP BO.
• Support SAP BO platform administration and upgrades.
• Plan Universe migrations and validate reports after upgrades.
• Design logical and physical data schemas and models.
• Build high-performance data pipelines and support ingestion and transformations.
• Monitor and optimize relational databases and data infrastructure.
• Automate deployments and releases across environments using Python.
