Aubay Portugal is seeking a file transfer administrator to join our hybrid team in Lisbon. You will gather technical requirements for Axway CFT/SecureTransport, provide Level 3 support, and ensure high availability by managing servers and connectivity.

You will document configurations, interface with external system admins, and contribute to a culture of integrity, teamwork and continuous learning through our Training Academy.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience with Axway software (CFT and/or Secure Transport)
• Experience with IBM Sterling Connect: Direct or File Gateway is a plus
• Ability to manage services on Linux/Windows Servers (start/stop/deploy/debug)
• Strong knowledge of transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS) and TCP/IP basics
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills for complex system administration
• Commitment to integrity, teamwork and client focus

Responsabilidades

• Gather technical requirements for new file transfer setups and data exchange flows
• Provide Level 3 support for file transfer issues and implement immediate workarounds
• Manage and maintain Axway software suites to ensure high availability
• Interface with external system administrators to troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Document file transfer maps and configurations thoroughly
