PrimeIT is seeking an IT Administrator to join our project in Lisbon/Porto on a hybrid model. You will perform level 3 support for file transfer issues and manage Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport to ensure high availability.

You must communicate in English with external system administrators, have hands-on experience with Linux/Windows servers, and a solid understanding of SFTP, FTPS and HTTPS transfer protocols.

Qualificações

• Mandatory English for interface with global administrators.
• Proven experience with Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport.
• Able to manage Linux or Windows servers (start/stop/deploy).
• Knowledge of SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS and basic TCP/IP and firewalls.

Responsabilidades

• Perform level 3 support for file transfer issues.
• Manage Axway software suites to ensure high availability.
• Ensure smooth follow-up of transfer processes and document issues.
• Interface with external system administrators in English.
