Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Lisbon is seeking an IT Service Delivery professional to coordinate application delivery, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and drive cost-efficient service improvements across IT teams. You will collaborate with IT business units, providers and development groups to keep applications secure, compliant and high performing throughout their lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent English, verbal and written.
• Strong communication and networking skills in intercultural environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident management and service delivery.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and prioritize tasks.
• DevOps, Cyber Security and Agile methodologies will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate application delivery and supervise and report on service performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, costs).
• Support strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Act as the primary contact for service providers, coordinating efforts to align services with business needs.
• Build positive relationships with IT business units, stakeholders, and providers.
• Facilitate cross‑department communication to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure applications operate securely and efficiently by coordinating their lifecycle from deployment to retirement.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Proactively analyze usage trends and implement enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
• Establish best practices for application management and automation where possible.
