Job summary

Renvolt Energy is seeking an HSE Technician to join our team and support Operations & Maintenance activities across Portugal. You will contribute to the Integrated HSE Management System, maintain certifications, and help ensure compliance at O&M sites.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, at least two years in HSE, and experience with ISO 45001/14001. French/Spanish is a plus, and a proactive, collaborative mindset is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Management, or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health & Safety and/or Environmental Management is an asset.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE, Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, or related functions.
Experience supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Experience supporting audits, inspections, compliance monitoring, and HSE reporting activities.
Experience within industrial, infrastructure, energy, renewable energy, or O&M environments is desirable.
French or Spanish: Appreciated.

Responsibilities

Support implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated HSE Management System.
Assist ISO 14001/45001 certifications and related requirements.
Monitor compliance with HSE procedures, regulations, and company standards.
Prepare HSE training, awareness sessions, and safety communications.
Develop and maintain HSE procedures, documents, and emergency plans.
Assist with PPE management and HSE monitoring equipment.
Support site audits, inspections, and contractor HSE activities.
Identify improvement opportunities and follow up on corrective actions.
